Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement has been drawn up between ZENvy and the customer making purchases electronically via the website www.shopzenvy.co, within the framework of current legal regulations.
By placing an order, the customer declares that they are aware of the product features, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and pre-information texts, and that they accept all terms.
All products offered by ZENvy are meticulously prepared through quality control processes and made ready for shipment with specially protected packaging. Orders are delivered to the specified delivery address via cargo after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on public holidays, operational intensity, and courier company processes.
Due to the personalized preparation of products in line with hygiene standards and special packaging processes, returns and exchanges are not accepted for delivered orders.
The customer agrees that the delivery and contact information shared during the order is accurate and complete. ZENvy cannot be held responsible for delivery delays and operational disruptions that may arise from incomplete or incorrect information.
